Whether you’re looking for prevention tips or seeking connections to trusted cancer care resources, we are here to provide guidance, education, and encouragement on your journey to wellness.
VIRTUAL ONCOLOGY COUNSELING
A cancer diagnosis impacts not only the patient but also their loved ones. Our Virtual Oncology Counseling Program provides personalized guidance, emotional support, and practical resources to help individuals and families navigate the challenges of cancer treatment and recovery.
This program is specifically designed for low-income communities who cannot afford therapy or lack insurance coverage for mental health support. Our team of dedicated volunteers, including religious and community leaders, have undergone specialized oncology counseling training and certification through world-leading cancer treatment research hospitals and nutrition education programs in select universities across the United States.
We are committed to supporting cancer patients, caregivers, spouses, children, parents, and siblings—ensuring they have the tools needed to make informed health decisions while addressing the emotional and psychological impact of the cancer journey.
With a compassionate and holistic approach, our counseling services provide a safe and supportive space where patients and their families can express concerns, gain clarity, and find the strength to move forward with hope and resilience.
FOOD BANK/ DONATIONS
We also offer nutritional support through our food banks in all our 5 regions(Nairobi, Mombasa, Bomet, Uasin Gishu and Kisumu) where patients or their caregivers can collect food items that they may be lacking. Our food banks carry different types of balanced fresh vegetables in the freezers, grains, healthy starches like sweet potatoes, pumpkin and brown rice, dried berries, and some recommended healthy fruits. These foods are received from kind donors, the majority being farmers.
