When one door closed, we built another! After ending our hospital food bank partnership, we went back to the drawing board—and we’re excited to announce that our Mindful Feeding Initiative Food Bank is STILL launching on April 22nd as planned!
We now have a centralized location in Kisumu, where registered cancer patients undergoing infusion chemotherapy can pick up nutritious dry foods throughout their treatment. In addition to food support, we also provide nutrition education to help patients maintain their strength during chemotherapy.
